As the headline suggests, delayed lectures can sometimes turn into something productive. When Serdar didn’t show up in time for today’s lecture, we were given a task to make the time worthwhile. Our group, IMBATECH, really got going on our business model canvas and made great progress for our business venture concept.

This turned out to be a really productive moment for us, in fact we will probably try to create similar conditions –  spontaneous, short and time-boxed – when working with our business venture concept going forward. I hope the used time were equally productive for the other groups at the lecture.

That is definitely true! And that’s why it’s important to find other ways to be productive – one shouldn’t always wait until the last minute to finish work, it is great to make room for mistakes and improvements. 😉

Traffic, rain, and connectivity and urgent issues created a bit delay but course assistant was in the class and you were asked to do first hour, what you were supposed to the in the 2nd hour, so nothing is lost in terms of learning. I do agree time limitation is good and scarcity, not always, but usually can be source for innovative ideas. You have deadlines for each homework, i hope it is enough time pressure for you:) Please consider also MVP and metrics and customer development topics that we discussed today.
