It quite interesting an idea, and nice to see the cute animations. While it could be better if you integrate the voiceover into the video to make it more self-explainable.
The concept is good and the whole business model looks promising. The thing I might ask is the market size. Can you name other things need to be lent other than a vacuum cleaner in this context? How often would it be used? And according to my experience as an exchange/international student, I see most of the KTH or SSSB accommodations are equipped with vacuums. By this, I mean that, you did well on find customer pains and creating VP for them, but you need to convince that there is a sound market to sustain a business.
To get a good quality voice is hard, you easily get some noisy buzz in background and the overall impression becomes much less professional. However in the ideal case you are right, assuming the voice is recorded properly then it is better to integrate it.
I stay in the KTH accomodation in Bredäng and we don’t have (approximately 300 students) any vacum cleaner provided. We runned a survey with 128 partecipants and 40% of the respondens uses the vacuum cleaner twice a week and 35% once a week: on average that is 75% of the people using the vacuum cleaner once every 1.5 weeks and assuming an exchange lasts approximately 18 weeks that makes it 12 times. Other examples of things that a student might need but would not necessarely want to purchase would be: a projector (for example to look at a fotball match), a power drill (to hang up something in his/her room), etc.
I really like your unique presentation style – the combination of the video together with your live presence and additional explanation made it particularly engaging as well as easy to follow. (This goes for the in-class presentation. I agree with Hao that for someone who only has access to the video it might be confusing)
You also introduced the problem very well in a personalised way that was easy to relate to and I also like your branding/design and the fact that you show parts of your app design.
One thing I thought could be improved is the way how you presented the business model canvas. It is great that you filled it out and thought about every aspect of the canvas but it was too much information for the viewer on one screen. Maybe instead you could have picked out the parts most relevant to the pitch to investors and describe them in more detail – or at least show the parts one-by-one .
Very interesting combining a video and a person talking during the presentation. However, it could be hard looking at the video a second time, as then there are not any explanations in the actual video. I also like the idea of lending tools and equipment, but you should probably do a better background-check; it is not wise saying that there is “no competition”. For example, I got an ad on social media just the other day about a website called http://www.hygglo.se, which is very similar to the service you described.

Overall great pitch and video! 🙂
